In the context of safeguarding, students should learn about both being safe and feeling safe in physical education, school sport and physical activity(PESSPA) sessions and situations. In this section, the focus will be on students learning about feeling safe. Learning associated with being safe is predominantly covered in other sections of this chapter. Examples of learning objectives associated with being safe include students learning to:
